Policy
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders before we begin the project. The remainder is due before the item is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Checks are also accepted. The same is applied for the final payment, including shipping cost. The check must clear before the garment is shipped.
Shipping
We ship your item via UPS Service or USPS, at the client’s expense. Overnight shipping is available upon request. (additional expense responsibility of the client). All shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
Alterations
Due to body shapes, fabric and garment design, minor alterations may be required. A complimentary alteration can be provided for minor alterations. The client is responsible for the expense of any major alterations.
Orders
Orders are non-refundable, due to each item being created based on individual’s specific colors, design, specifications, size and measurements. I will work with each client to obtain an idea on design. I ask that my clients give me creative freedom within the scope of the project. Each design is discussed in detail with the client.
